– Cheque should be made in favor of “KNOWLEDGEWOODS CONSULTING PVT. LTD” payable at New Delhi. You also have an option to pay by credit card, debit card, Cheque, or wire transfer via CCAvenues.

– Kindly note, we do not have any association/partner companies in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad & Chandigarh – and any financial transaction or otherwise has to be done with our KnowledgeWoods Consulting Pvt. Ltd. employee Only.

– In case, you have chosen to pay by Cheque – Your Seat would be confirmed only upon successful realization of the Cheque i.e. when your Cheque is cleared and we receive your funds in our account.

– In the event a Cheque is returned for insufficient funds, we will allow Two (2) Business days for you to make full payment.

Program Cancellation Policy

– We may have to cancel any particular Program due to inclement weather, instructor illness, insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.

– We understand & appreciate your commitment to ITIL^® 2011 Foundation Certification Exam and as such, we will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule a cancelled program or make alternate arrangements to provide you with training.

– You have the option to re-schedule the program or enroll for similar program available at another time or choose to obtain a full refund.

– All refunds are processed in Fifteen (15) business days from the scheduled program end date.

Fees Refund & Program Rescheduling Policy

– To deliver enriching experience to you, KnowledgeWoods Consulting Team puts a lot of hard work behind the scenes.

– As such, it becomes necessary to levy fees if you choose to Cancel Your Registration or Do not Attend / Complete the Training Program at once.

– If a candidate cannot attend a booked course or examination, it is the candidate’s responsibility to INFORM KnowledgeWoods Consulting Pvt. Ltd. by email as soon as possible.

– If you cancel after registration before Seven (07) business days of the actual program start date, you will be charged Rs. 1,000/- towards cancellation fees.

– Cancellation within Seven (7) business days of the actual program start date will result in forfeiture of the entire course fee.

– All refunds will be processed Thirty (30) business days after the end date of the actual scheduled program.

– You also have the option to postpone your program to another program, subject to availability and KnowledgeWoods Consulting Management approval.

– No re-scheduling fee is levied if re-scheduling is done before Seven (07) business days prior to the actual class start date, otherwise a Nominal Re-scheduling fee of Rs 1000/- is levied.

– Cancellation of postponed program results in forfeiture of program charges.

– For you to clear ITIL^® 2011 Foundation Certification Exam at the very FIRST ATTEMPT, KnowledgeWoods strongly recommends you to Attend the Full Training Program at one go i.e. continuously.

In case, You are not able to attend the Full Training program at once:-
– Our 45 Days – Passing Assurance stands null & void.
– 15 Contact Hours Certificate will be On-Hold/Not Issued till you complete the Training Program.

VERY IMPORTANT

No Refund – Rescheduling on ITIL^® 2011 Foundation Certification Exam Fee

If you missed out on any class/session – you will be provided with access to the recorded session for that class/session free of charge within 24 hours. If you wish to attend the missed class you could book the same in next available class by paying a fee. The Charges for the same will be INR 250 per hour. However Passing Assurance stands null & void.

– Once a participant books the exam, the papers are ordered by KnowledgeWoods from Examination Body.
– Once ordered, the Exam papers cannot be re-used or returned to Examination Body in case you don’t turn up for the exam.

Therefore, no claims on the return/rescheduling of the exam fee would be entertained in such case, due to any reason whatsoever.

– All copyrights relating to any course materials provided or made available by us or any other party during the program remain the sole property of the holder of the copyright.

– You have completed (Attempted all Questions) all the Five (05) Sets of Online Mock ITIL^® Exams provided by KnowledgeWoods Consulting prior to appearing for the ITIL^® Certification Exam.

Kindly note: KnowledgeWoods Online Exam System generates Automatic, Candidate-wise Report for Mock Exam Attempted & your respective scores in the Mock Exam. As such, to meet the pre-requisites, and more importantly to clear the ITIL^® Certification Examination at the very First Attempt – it becomes mandatory to completed (Attempted all Questions) all the Mock Exams provided by KnowledgeWoods Consulting.

– THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, BY KNOWLEDGEWOODS CONSULTING PVT. LTD.

– You must take the ITIL^® 2011 Certification Examination within Forty Five (45) Days after the Two (2) Days Training Session
– You have attended the Full Two Days training program without any interruption
– You have completed (Attempted all Questions) all the Five (05) Sets of Online Mock ITIL^® Exams provided by KnowledgeWoods Consulting prior to appearing for the ITIL^® Certification Exam.

a) Result – Pass/Fail result is available within Ten (10) Days and the same would be communicated to the clients.
b) For Successful Candidates, Certificate Soft Copy is available for Download & Print after Two Weeks of the Results Declaration.

*Paper based exams are conducted only at Noida location. For other locations in India, Web based exam (CBT) delivery facility is available. The charges for CBT in India region will be USD $ 25 extra. The charges for CBT outside India region will be USD $ 80 extra.

Refund Policy

– There will be no refunds in any case whatsoever.

Jurisdiction – Dispute

– In case of any disputes all laws shall be governed by New Delhi, India jurisdiction.

Validity

– The validity cannot be broken or divided into parts. This is a continuous duration and is applicable from the date of course activation

Deliverables

– All deliverables are in electronic form and no component will be physically shipped or delivered.

E-Certificate

– On successful completion of the course, an E-Certificate shall be mailed electronically. No paper/physical shipment will be done.
– The participant can print a copy of the certificate for personal use.

Start Date or Activation Date

– The start date will not be later than 3 working days after payment is received from the customer and realized by the bank.
– In case of advance purchases, the customer will have the option of specifying the activation date at the time of registration.

Minimum Hardware/Software Requirements

– The customer has to undertake the responsibility of checking the hardware and software compliances / requirements before making a purchase.
– The current version runs on Microsoft^® Windows and Mac OS.
– The eLearning course also requires latest Adobe Flash Player plug-ins. Please download the same before launching the course.
– The courses are hosted on a web server hence require good internet connectivity.

Up-Time – 99%

– There will be frequent outages planned for maintenance purposes. This might require patch uploads, version updates and other necessary housekeeping jobs.
– There will be scheduled downtime announced to keep the system in a healthy running state. Customer cooperation is expected in such situations.
– However, such system downtime shall not exceed 1%.
